Deputy Head Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Teacher in providing strong academic leadership and day-to-day management.
• Supervise curriculum delivery to maintain high teaching standards.
• Mentor and develop the teaching team through coaching and professional development.
• Champion the school’s Christian and value-based culture.
• Strengthen our Intense Quality Academic Program (IQAP) and STEM integration.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the community.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education
- Minimum 5 years of teaching and leadership experience in a reputable primary school
- Strong understanding of Uganda’s Early Childhood and Primary School Curriculum
- Demonstrated commitment to value-based learning and child development
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
Bursar
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the school’s financial operations, budgeting, and accounting.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of fees, payments, and school expenditures.
- Advise the school leadership on financial planning and resource use.
- Support the Head Teacher in financial sustainability initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in school or institutional finance management.
- High integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Primary Teachers
Positions (3)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Ugandan Primary School Curriculum.
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Integrate value-based learning and Christian character formation daily.
- Monitor and assess pupils’ progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Actively participate in co-curricular activities and school events.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade three certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (added adventage) in Primary Education.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable primary school.
- Strong grasp of Uganda’s competency-based curriculum.
- Commitment to holistic, value-based education.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Kindergarten(ECD) Teachers

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate, interactive lessons for nursery pupils.
- Foster a warm, caring, and stimulating early childhood environment.
- Promote early literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social skills.
- Engage parents in supporting their children’s early development.
- Organize playful and meaningful activities that spark curiosity and love for learning.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development or Nursery Teaching.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an ECD setting.
- Passion for working with young children and nurturing their foundational growth.
- Patience, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Christian value-based early childhood education.
