Founded in 2017 by Dr. Morris Chris Ongom and Mrs. Susan Ongom
Livingstone Junior School in Lira City, Lango Region, Northern Uganda was established to provide high-quality, value-based early childhood and primary education. The school is deeply rooted in the educational legacies of Dr. David Livingstone, Dr. Ongom’s father, and Mr. Benjamin Bernard Omedi, Susan’s father—both distinguished educationists and statesmen. Drawing from Livingstone’s philosophy of holistic learning, the school nurtures children to be intellectually competent, socially responsible, and spiritually grounded.
